Implementing a disaster preparedness system to inform military medical leadership of vulnerabilities and capabilities to support local communities.

Installed and maintained physical security system for USICE and USCIS buildings.

Developed an integrated set of program management tools.

OCAR

Provided strategic communications for the Office of the Chief, Army Reserve (OCAR).

NICoE

Developed the Integrative and Holistic Medicine Program to advance the treatment of traumatic brain injury and psychological health issues, and developed high-level education strategy and resourcing guide for the National Intrepid Center of Excellence’s (NICoE’s) medical education department.

US-EPA

Designed software and developed system to support environmental clean-up activities in the field. Designed and developed a security portal based on EPA and federal  polices and guidelines;       also identified gaps in policies, made recommendations to address gaps, and developed a security strategy white paper that integrated EPA’s policies, practices and resources into a security posture.

U.S. Air Force

Performed Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of aviation Test Program Sets for sophisticated weapon systems for the U.S. Air Force. Achieved 100% problem resolution prior to deployment. Of those systems tested, not one returned from the field with defects after deployment.

Northern Virginia Hospital Alliance

Defining operations for a regional triage program to enhance patient triage and treatment during a mass casualty disaster.

OAS

Designed and developed data cleansing and auditing of civil electoral registries in Belize, Honduras, Peru, Guatemala, Panama, El Salvador, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic.

OAS & IDB

Developed master plans for implementing the Ecuadorian Anticorruption National Plan, modernizing the General Accounting Office of Colombia, modernizing information and communications for the Legislative Assemblies of El Salvador, Ecuador, and Honduras, and modernizing information at the University of El Salvador.
